Come get wild, wassail and burn a two-story wicker man this weekend at Huon Valley Mid-Winter Festival. In its sixth year of operation, the festival celebrates the regions rich apple growing history, performing the ancient 'Wassail' ritual, a ceremony intended to bring on a bounteous apple crop. Chuck on your winter woollies and get down for one hell of a good time!
