The Announcements That Made August
Your next night out may have just landed.
August brought a wave of new Moshtix announcements spanning international tours, Australian favourites, Aotearoa artists, comedy and dancefloors built for staying out late. Here's what to add to the calendar.
For the Headline Chasers
Portugal. The Man and Thaiboy Digital are both heading to Australia, joined by K-pop trailblazer YVES and US stand-up star Mike E. Winfield.
The Rubens are also back on the road for their sixth studio album, Group Therapy, with a major Australian tour planned for 2026/27.
For the Weekend Planners
Sydney's first Bero Block Party takes over The Beresford on Saturday 5 September, with Babe Rainbow, Cheeky Leash, LOODS, Bean Magazine, Mel Blue, TSEBA and more spread across two stages. Think sun-soaked live music upstairs, and house, disco and dancefloor favourites downstairs.
Defected is returning to Australia and New Zealand for its biggest tour yet, delivering the kind of house music moments that make clearing the next day's schedule feel like a very good idea.
Across the Tasman
Louis Baker is taking his new album, Trouble, around Aotearoa this October, bringing his soulful live show to six cities.
Bootleg Rascal will celebrate 10 years of Asleep In The Machine with a five-date New Zealand tour in December, revisiting the record that helped define the duo's genre-blurring sound.
Comedy on the Menu
Nat's What I Reckon is bringing Panic At The Bistro to stages around the country. Expect the comedy, music, videos and cooking chaos that have made Nat one of Australia's most original live acts.
That's August wrapped. Explore the full list of announcements, pick your next show and get your tickets sorted.
