A rich multi-layered venue, The Toff In Town boasts a premier boutique performance space and a dedicated club/bar area with late night dining. Located on the second floor of the historic Curtin House (just a floor above sister venue Cookie), The Toff has been designed to celebrate the natural beauty of the amazing building in which it is situated.

Age Restrictions: Events are Strictly Over 18s Only unless otherwise specified on the Event Pages. Please check the Event Pages for relevant age restriction info.
Passout Policy: Depends on the event. Generally there are no passouts unless otherwise advised by the venue on the night of the event.
Box Office/Ticket Sales Info: Moshtix sales generally close 1 hour before Doors Open Time. Please check the event page regularly for updates. This venue does do Door Sales, subject to availability. If the event is Sold Out, then tickets will not be available for sale at the door.
Venue Ticket Collection Policy: For tickets purchased through moshtix, all tickets are emailed to customers. You can either print your tickets or present the PDF ticket on your phone for scanning upon entry. Screenshots of tickets will be denied and cannot be used. Should you forget your ticket or have issues with loading it on your phone, present your valid photo ID to the box office staff upon entry for assistance. Note: this requires the customerās name to be entered into the account used at the time of the booking. Only the original ticket purchaser or the person with ID matching the name on the ticket can be assisted in these types of situations. If details were entered incorrectly at the time of purchase then moshtix and the venue take no responsibility if entry is denied, with no refunds or exchanges possible.
Getting There
Situated on Swanston Street, The Toff In Town is easily accessible via public transport within close proximity.
Trains: Melbourne Central is the closest train station. Alternatively Flinders Street Station is just a short tram ride up Swanston Street. a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the venue.
Trams: You can catch any tram down Swanston Street, with the trams stopping pretty much outside of the venue.
Parking: No parking at venue. The closest secure underground parking is the commercial carpark at the QV Centre, the entrance is at 180 Lonsdale Street. Melbourne Central also has secure parking with an entrance on Lonsdale Street (opposite Myer), both just a short stroll to Curtin House. Charges apply. Alternatively there is timed and metered street parking up and down Lonsdale Street, beware, it is highly ticketed.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue, however there are dedicated smoking areas.
Cloakroom: Cloak Room facilities are available at a cost. The Cloak Room is located at the Box Office.
Merchandise: Merchandise is available at select shows. The Merch Stand is generally located inside of the venue.
Eftpos: Eftpos is accepted at the bar.
Food: The bar and kitchen play host to your dinner and supper until 3am weekdays and 5am on the weekends.

Accessibility Info
Companion Card Access: This venue accepts companion cards. Simply purchase your ticket and contact moshtix to arrange access for your Companion. You must have a valid Companion Card and Photo ID to match when attending an event. Note: for any events with VIP Packages or extra inclusion items, access for the Carer only includes event entry. Should your Carer wish to take advantage of the package extras they will need to purchase the VIP Package tickets. No discounts apply for the full packages.
Accessibility: The Toff In Town is located on the 2nd floor of Curtin House. Lift access is available for customers however please ensure you allow for extra time to use these as they can get quite busy at times. If you require extra assistance, please ensure you give plenty of notice to the venue so they can arrange assistance in advance of the show you're attending.
Wheelchair Accessibility: There are some areas that Wheelchair patrons can easily access, however there are no dedicated wheelchair viewing platforms. The venue will assist where able, however they cannot dedicate a special area nor guarantee other patrons will not get close nor obstruct another patronās view.
Bathroom Facilities: For any new visitors to the venue, the bathroom facilities are accessible.
Disabled Parking: There are no disabled parking spaces available via the venue. There are various parking stations within Melbourne CBD and customers will need to check availability with them directly. Spaces cannot be reserved via moshtix nor the venue.
